Six years ago we started as a local coffee shop and coffee roaster with a Probatone 5.
How we brew
We only use world-class professional coffee equipment.
Our roastery is exclusively equipped with Probat roasting machineries.
Partners sourcing
As a country that doesn’t produce green coffee beans, maintaining our fresh “crop-to-cup” principle comes with a certain set of challenges.
”I am a Barista” training program for young people to develop skills and prepare for employment was organized.
In order to support the decent employment of young people, the 'I am a Barista' training program was successfully organized in collaboration with the Delger Govi Human Foundation and United Resources LLC from April 3 to 6, 2025.

The recently renovated ROC Drink Bar branch adds a new color to the coffee bars of Mongolia and serves special drinks tailored for both day and night
